FAQ

This FAQ section addresses common questions about our robot vacuums, ordering process, shipping, features, care, and policies to provide customers with clear, convenient information. If you have additional questions not covered here, please refer to our other policy pages for further assistance.
One of the most frequent questions is about robot vacuum features and functionality. Our robot vacuums come with a range of features, including intelligent navigation (laser or gyroscopic), adjustable suction power, mopping capabilities, Wi-Fi connectivity, app control, scheduled cleaning, and obstacle avoidance. Higher-end models offer room mapping, zone cleaning, and compatibility with smart home assistants. Detailed feature information is available on each product page, helping you choose the right robot vacuum for your home size and cleaning needs.
Customers often ask about battery life and charging. Our robot vacuums have battery lives ranging from 60 to 180 minutes, depending on the model and suction setting. Most models feature auto-charging: when the battery is low, the robot vacuum returns to its charging dock automatically. Charging time typically takes 2-3 hours for a full charge. Product pages include detailed battery specifications, so you can select a model that fits your home size and cleaning frequency.
Order processing and shipping times are common inquiries. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days, while international orders vary based on location and customs processing. Tracking information is provided once available, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress. Upon receipt, we recommend unboxing the robot vacuum and testing it immediately to ensure all components work properly.
Many customers ask about how to maintain their robot vacuums. Regular maintenance includes emptying the dustbin after each use, cleaning the brushes (to remove hair and debris), and wiping down the sensors to ensure accurate navigation. Most models have removable, washable dustbins and brushes for easy cleaning. We recommend checking and cleaning the filters every 2-4 weeks to maintain suction power. Care instructions are included in the user manual and on each product page. Avoid using the robot vacuum on wet surfaces (unless it has a mopping function) to prevent damage.
Questions about returns and exchanges are also common. To be eligible, robot vacuums must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the specified timeframe. Used, damaged, or malfunctioning robot vacuums (unless defective) are not eligible. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly due to our error. For full details, refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
International customers often ask about customs duties and taxes. Any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking local customs rules before ordering to avoid unexpected charges.
Finally, many users ask about robot vacuum warranties. Most of our robot vacuums come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects (such as faulty motors, sensors, or batteries). Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, or software issues (resolved via updates) are not covered. This feature is clearly indicated on product pages. This FAQ is updated regularly to address new customer questions and policy changes.
